Relentless Weekend Recap

Relentless Weekend went off this past weekend with the largest turnout in the 7 year history of the event. The weekend was kicked off on Friday with a private ride session with Liquid Force Pro Riders Nico Von Lerchenfeld, Felix Georgii, and Grant Roberts. This private session was dedicated to the Design a Rail Contest Winner Chris Jones. Chris not only got a private session with the Pros but had his design built and installed at KC Watersports. He also received a prize package from Liquid Force which included a new 2012 Watson setup!

The events on Saturday were started with a hot wing eating challenge. There were 15 brave competitors who gobbled down 10 fiery wings. The competition was all about progression and getting some one on one coaching from a pro rider. With the teams and new tricks picked the practice session started. There was a wide range of ability levels that were represented in the competition, from making 2 laps around the cable to double back flips! Everyone learned something new and a few were even able to progress quick enough to land their trick during the competition! The Alliance Team once again took home the victory for the 5th consecutive year!
