Tarah Mikacich Update!

Hey everyone!

Just a quick update on the last couple weeks. I got a last-minute invite to compete at The Masters last weekend! Pretty cool – only 6 women get invited, so it was an honor to ride there. They made kind of a big deal that I was the only athlete who has competed there as a junior for water skiing, a pro for water skiing, AND a pro for wakeboarding. Kind of crazy… makes me feel like I’ve been around forever! Lol

I just got back last night from the tour stop in Fort Worth, TX. The event was fun & the riding was unreal! I stood up my passes until the next to last trick of my 2nd pass, and finished 7th. After the event we drove out to the Cinderella Horse ranch & did some cowboy stuff! haha seriously! We did a clinic called “Rope-n-Ride” with a bunch of the rodeo guys (like Clint Cooper, Ross Coleman and Sid Steiner) that live near there. We spent one day on the water coaching them wakeboarding, and one day in the arena learning to rope calves! It was hilarious!
I’ve attached a few pics from our latest adventures. One is me riding at The Masters. One is at the tour stop with this little shredder named Rocker – it was his first time at the wakeboard event, so Cobe & I introduced him to all the pros & took tons of photos with him. The other photo is of Cobe & me, looking like real ropers, almost.
