With the world’s best wakepark riders in attendance at Liquid Leisure, London, competing for a prize purse of $40,000, Plastic Playgrounds saw a crazy level of riding from international shredders including Aaron Gunn, Dominik Hernler, Busty Dunn, Daniel Grant, Nick Davies and many more.
For the first time Plastic Playground featured a ladies’s division and they were shredding just as hard as the guys – Jamie Lopina took the win for the women and Aaron Gunn took the Pro Men’s first place and the $10,000 cash prize.
Check out all the highlights from the event as the riders tear up the Liquid Leisure wakepark stacked with Unit obstacles.
We worked with Tom Fooshee and our friends over at Texas Ski Ranch to show you the basics on hitting the cable park for the first time. Remember, Pass the Handle is all about teaching someone who hasn’t rode yet… Give it a try this Sunday, July 24th!
